Backyard Bible
Germanton, NC

Backyard Bible is a ministry dedicated to connecting children and families through events centered around the gospel. Their goal is to build strong, positive relationships with Jesus and among participants. They create a nurturing environment where children and families can grow in their faith through fun and engaging activities such as interactive games, crafts, and music. Additionally, Backyard Bible collaborates with community organizations to host special events throughout the year, including Back to School Backpack and Supplies Giveaways, Christmas Toy Store, Clothing and Food Giveaways, and Easter Egg Hunts.

The Sid Lee Memorial Mental Health Association of Stokes County is dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being in the community. They implement innovative suicide-prevention strategies and offer various programs, including art therapy sessions, to support mental health. Their initiatives aim to provide a supportive environment for individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges.

Triad Church Network
Winston-Salem, NC

The Triad Church Network is a collaborative organization comprising 93 congregations across five counties around Winston-Salem, NC. Their mission is to help churches go beyond mere survival by revitalizing and equipping them to rediscover their missional purpose. They focus on encouraging pastors and ministry leaders to lead from a place of health and supporting churches in reaching their full kingdom potential. The network offers various ministries, including community impact initiatives, hunger relief programs, Backyard Bible events, missions support, and more.

Through their ServeNC initiative, NC Baptist actively supports communities by encouraging churches to undertake service projects tailored to local needs, such as painting schools, cleaning up yards, and providing meals. They offer disaster relief services to help families quickly return to their homes after natural calamities and have a Handyman Ministry to assist with minor home repairs and yard cleanup. Additionally, they support seniors through the Baptist Aging Ministries/Elderly program, care for children and families via the Baptist Children’s Homes, and collaborate with partners to address economic and healthcare needs, embodying the love of Christ through practical acts of service and support.
